Build Leadership Skills That Actually Matter
Six-month cohort programs starting September 2025. Real coaching from people who've been in your position. No motivational speeches—just practical management techniques that work.
Reserve Your SpotHow This Program Actually Works
We don't do cookie-cutter training modules. Each cohort meets twice weekly—once for group sessions, once for individual coaching. You'll work on real problems from your current role.
The fall 2025 cohorts focus on three tracks: new managers transitioning from individual contributor roles, mid-level leaders building their first teams, and senior managers navigating organizational politics.
Between sessions, you're practicing specific techniques with your actual team. Then we debrief what worked and what didn't. It's messier than a clean curriculum, but that's how people actually develop management skills.

Who's Leading These Cohorts
Each mentor runs their own cohort and brings specific industry experience. They're not professional trainers—they're current or former executives who enjoy coaching.

Rhiannon Vex
Operations Track Lead
Spent twelve years scaling manufacturing teams across three states. Now helps managers deal with the chaos of rapid growth without burning out their people.

Desmond Firth
Tech Leadership Track
Former CTO at two different startups. Knows what it's like when your best engineer becomes your worst manager. Works with technical leaders on the human side of the job.

Octavia Lund
Executive Presence Track
Built her career in finance where perception matters as much as performance. Helps managers navigate office dynamics and communicate effectively with executives.
What You'll Work Through
The program runs for six months starting September 2025. Each phase builds on what you've practiced in the previous weeks. Miss too many sessions and you'll probably struggle to keep up.
Foundation Work
First eight weeks focus on communication fundamentals. How to give feedback that people actually hear. Running meetings that don't waste everyone's time. Building relationships with direct reports.
Team Dynamics
Weeks nine through sixteen deal with group challenges. Handling conflict between team members. Building trust when you're new. Dealing with underperformers without dragging down morale.
Organizational Navigation
The final eight weeks go broader. Working with other departments. Managing up to your own boss. Making decisions with incomplete information. Advocating for your team's needs.
Integration Period
Last month is lighter on new material. You're consolidating what you've learned and building sustainable habits. Group sessions become peer coaching as everyone shares what's working in their contexts.
Common Questions
People usually want to know about time commitment and whether this fits their situation.
What's the actual time investment?
Two ninety-minute sessions per week, plus whatever time you spend applying concepts with your team. Some weeks you'll have reading or prep work. Budget about five hours weekly total.
Can I join if I'm not currently managing anyone?
The program works best if you're actively managing people, even if it's just one or two direct reports. You need real situations to practice with. If you're about to start managing in the next few months, that can work too.
What happens if I miss sessions?
We record group sessions so you can catch up, but you'll miss the discussion. Individual coaching sessions can usually be rescheduled within the same week. Miss more than three sessions total and you might want to join a later cohort instead.
How do you match people to cohorts?
We do a thirty-minute intake call to understand your situation and goals. Then we recommend a track and cohort based on your experience level and the specific challenges you're facing. Sometimes we'll suggest waiting for a later cohort if it's a better fit.
When do fall cohorts start?
First cohorts begin September 15, 2025. We're running three parallel tracks with rolling starts through October. Applications open in June, and we cap each cohort at twelve participants.
